Description
A first-flush steamed green tea from Uji, near Kyoto. Glossy deep green needles brew a sweet, grassy cup with a soft savoury finish. Brew at 70°C for one minute.
Origin: Uji, Kyoto, Japan. Harvest: first flush. Brewing: 3 g per 150 ml, 70°C, 60 seconds; good for three infusions.
